In order to bid you must First Register on the website by going to “Our Listings” tab and selecting “REGISTER” .
Please fill out all fields marked with a red ” * ” these are required fields.
Write down your login information (user name, password and email address) as you will need it when you “SIGN IN” next time.

Agents representing a buyer, Please enter your Cal BRE License number in the box provided.
Enter the code that is shown above the box, then click “Register”.
Getting Approved to Bid/Buy On The Website
You Must first be Approved in Order to Place a Bid/Offer.
There are Two Options that you may choose from:
- By credit card authorization
- By seller agents’ approval
If you choose option 1, we will verify your identity and approve your participation by “authorizing” your credit card. There will be no charges made to your card to do this. (please read “notice to winning bidder” near the bottom of this page)
To Choose This Method (option 1)
Click the “my account” link.
Provide your credit card information and click Submit.
Go back to the property you would like to purchase.
Click Bid/Buy now button.
In the “approval” popup, click “confirm” button.
